Nice. Thanks for reminding me about these things! I don't think the other guys have covered this one at all. And GOOD point about using these to create those hard to crease openings that don't want to cooperate! I hate adding loop cuts to tighten edges that won't crease right because it always goes father than you need it to! I needed to see this tutorial. Thanx!

hi, my names jeff bright, and ive been using blender for a while now, (also UDK) and i didnt even know about this!!!
i knew there was one in UDK, but whenever they used it, i was like, why doesnt blender have something to cut shapes out of the shape you already have?....well now i know! it does :D...only thing is though...you talked to quiet in the tut....i couldnt hear :P so i just paused because after seeing the end image, i believe i can recreate it :D, im not a noob, but i just decided to take a look because i was like, wow they do have it!!!

Thanks for the comment Jeff, Thats cool that you use UDK, I use it to, and Unity also, I use Unity more often because of the copyright rules and the easy drag and drop interface

So yeah well the way I found out about the boolean modifier was through a Maya magazine, but before that I was just like you, I wanted to know how to do this :p

Anyway I'm sorry for the sound qaulity, it was one of my first tutorials and I had a very bad Mic back then, I should really rerecord over this tutorial.

      Best regards,
      Rex
